Writing the content for your website is very different to writing other items such as reports and books.
This is mainly because visitors to your website will usually be looking for specific pieces of information and aren't going to be reading every word on every page.
Approximately 80% of readers scan text when looking at a web page, rather than reading it word by word, so you need to structure the content to make it as easy to scan as possible. Otherwise there is a good chance your visitors will struggle to find what they're looking for and go elsewhere.
